Mulberry Goji Walnut
Two superfood berries - mulberry and goji provide a distinct flavor profile. Soaked overnight, the mulberries become plump and sweet and the goji berries turn soft and tart. The walnuts add a balanced nutty flavor to the oats. We included a bit of shredded coconut for sweetness and sunflower kernels for added crunch.
